Dr. Sade Adeọjọ, DNP, FNP, BC
Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Dr. Sade received her bachelor’s degree from Long Island University in 2001. She obtained her master’s degree in Nursing from Wilkes University in 2008 and Family Nurse Practitioner Degree in 2015 from Purdue Global University. She then proceeded and obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2018 from Purdue Global University. Dr. Sade obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner Certification through American Nurses Credentialing Center [ANCC]. She is devoted to quality patient care by using her experience which includes working in geriatrics, family practice, home care and adult health. She is available for in office consult and telehealth.
